Early Years Practitioners

Hours of work: Full and part time positions available.

Rate of pay: 

£20,176 to £20,800 p/a for Level 2 colleagues

£22,464 to £23,712 p/a for Level 3 colleagues

FTE dependent on experience and qualifications

Due to current demand, Abbot’s Hill Nursery is seeking to recruit professional and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our committed team.

We are looking for hard-working team members who will bring creativity, humour and warmth to our nursery.

The successful candidate should possess a passion for child development and have a good working knowledge of the EYFS. You will also have excellent communication skills, a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Nursery Kitchen Assistant

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10.30am – 5pm, all year round

Salary: £9.50 per hour / £14,820 per annum (based on an FTE of £19,760)

Abbot’s Hill School is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for our Nursery to start as soon as possible.

If you are well organised, have a calm and patient manner and the ability to communicate well with young children, then this may be the position for you!

The successful candidate will be required to support the Nursery Cook with the preparation, serving and clearing down from meal times. This will include supporting the management of dietary requirements as well as liaising with other nursery staff regarding the children’s likes and dislikes and making changes to the menus as required.
