Peripatetic LAMDA Speech & Drama Teacher
Abbot’s Hill School is seeking to recruit a highly competent and enthusiastic part-time LAMDA Teacher for September 2019 to prepare girls from Years 3-11, for LAMDA examinations in Speech & Drama.
The position is for up to three days a week on a peripatetic self-employed basis. Pupils receive a 30 minute lesson per week and are taken out of timetabled academic lessons to attend these sessions. The candidate needs to be highly organised as there are currently 60 pupils in the Senior School taking LAMDA lessons.

The successful candidate will have:
- A recognised drama qualification and/or vocational experience;
- Experience of teaching LAMDA examination syllabus requirements and an excellent track record of examination results;
- The ability and enthusiasm to motivate pupils and to raise expectations and aspirations of pupils of all abilities;
