Our recent Drama Showcase was a wonderful celebration of talent across the school. The evening was run by our Drama Captain, Sophia, a role that is a real privilege to be selected for in Year 11. As part of their role, they work with students who want to perform, supporting them through rehearsals and preparations for the showcase.
On the night, students from Years 7–11 took to the stage, performing a variety of short monologues, duologues, and a group piece from our Act-Up Drama group. The programme also included LAMDA performances and explored a wide range of genres, giving every performer a chance to shine.
It was a fantastic evening of creativity and confidence, overseen and supported by our dedicated Drama staff, and a great reminder of the vibrant performing arts community in our school.
