Mrs Jennifer Davison BA (Hons), PGCE

Jennifer Davison, Deputy Head, is an accomplished educator with a rich background in the academic world. A proud graduate of Leicester University with a BA in History, Jennifer spent a decade imparting historical knowledge to A-Level students in the maintained sector. Her expertise led her to prominent roles such as the Head of History at Rickmansworth School, and later, as the Assistant Head of Enrichment and Lifelong Learning at St Mary’s School.

Before stepping into the world of education, Jennifer showcased her versatile skills in the PR industry, representing both tech and consumer companies. Apart from her professional achievements, she is a dedicated wife and mother of two.

Jennifer’s interests extend beyond the classroom; she’s an avid walker, reader, and artist. Furthermore, her dedication to education is evidenced by her past role as a governor for a primary school in St Albans. With a firm belief in creating an educational environment conducive to growth, Jennifer is deeply passionate about ensuring every pupil can thrive. As the Inclusion Lead at Abbot’s Hill, her primary responsibilities encompass teachers’ professional development, teaching, learning, DEI, and numerous facets of senior school operations.
