Register Your Child

We are delighted that you are considering Abbot’s Hill School for your child. Our Admissions Team is on hand to support you through our admissions process.

The usual entry points to our school are:

  • Reception (4+)
  • Year 3 (7+)
  • Year 7 (11+)
  • Year 9 (13+)

We sometimes have occasional places in other year groups and are happy to receive an application for a prospective pupil at any stage. Some year groups have a waiting list.

Register for a Place

To register for a place, or if you have an enquiry about a place at Abbot’s Hill School, please complete the Registration or Enquiry Form by selecting the Abbot’s Hill Enquiries and Registration link below. To complete the Registration process, parents will need to pay a £120 non-returnable Registration Fee (payable by BACS).

  • To register your child, please complete the online Registration Form available via the link below, and transfer your £120 registration fee (non-refundable) via BACS.

By completing the application form, you declare you are the parent(s) / holder(s) of parental responsibility for the child and you request the child be registered. By submitting the form and making the registration fee payment you understand, accept and agree that:

  • Abbot’s Hill will apply to your child’s current school for information including a school reference.
  • The school may hold and process any personal data about you as parent(s) / holder of parental responsibility and your child, (including sensitive personal data such as a child’s medical details) for the purposes of (1) administering its list of prospective pupils (2) registration and admission procedures, and (3) communicating with parent(s) / holders of parental responsibility of prospective pupils about the school and generally managing relationships between the school and its prospective parent(s) / holder of parental responsibility and, if a place is offered, in order to safeguard the child.

  • USE OF YOUR DATA: All personal information collected in accordance with your registration for a place at the school and any subsequent information collected in the future will be held, used and/or shared in accordance with the school’s Privacy Policy.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Abbot’s Hill pupils Shreya, Naina & Vidya, who took part in Swimathon UK 2026.

Competing as a relay team, they completed an amazing 5km swim in just 1 hour 45 minutes, each swimming at least 67 lengths of a 25m pool without breaks.

Even more impressively, they raised £730 (exceeding their £500 target!) for two incredible causes: Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie 💙

All three pupils are valued members of our school swimming community and continue to pursue their passion through their involvement in swimming both in and out of school.
