Mrs Victoria Lopez Bernal

Victoria Lopez Bernal joined Abbot’s Hill School in 2022, initially as Assistant Head (Pastoral) and later as Deputy Head, Prep.
She has over 15 years of teaching experience across both the maintained and independent sectors, including a post at an International Red Cross School in Panama. Her undergraduate degree was in History and Archaeology at the University of Nottingham. She also has a Master’s degree in Television Journalism and has worked for television and print media including the BBC. She is passionate about fostering a happy, supportive environment where children can fulfil their intellectual, social and emotional potential and develop the confidence to challenge themselves.
Outside of school she loves cooking, playing netball and Padel, adventurous travel with her family and walking her golden retriever, Poppy.

Come and visit Abbot’s Hill on a normal school day. Tour our fabulous site and facilities, drop in on lessons across the School, and meet our staff and pupils to find out more about our award-winning school.
