Whole School Open Day, Saturday 19 September 9.30am – 12.00pm

The best way to get a true feel for our school is to come and visit.

Our Whole School Open Mornings are held each year in September, and offer prospective families the chance to experience our 4–16 school, to witness warm, uplifting and purposeful atmosphere that makes our community so special.

During the morning, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the school with one of our enthusiastic and well-informed pupil guides, with opportunities to:

  • Visit classrooms in the Prep and Senior Schools, and chat with pupils and staff to hear first-hand what life here is really like
  • Explore our facilities and grounds and get a true sense of the opportunities on offer beyond the classroom
  • Enjoy delicious refreshments prepared on site by our fabulous Catering Team
  • Meet other families – those already in the School, and those contemplating it for their children
  • Hear from the Head, Sharon Schanschieff, and pupils, with plenty of time to ask questions

Whether you’re just beginning your search or already considering your next steps, this is a friendly, informative morning designed to help you feel confident about what matters most: how your child will learn, grow and thrive at Abbot’s Hill.

Led by Victoria Lopez Bernal, Deputy Head (Prep), an experienced educator with a strong background in supporting children`s wellbeing, emotional development and Early Years learning, these sessions offer practical advice and support on key areas such as early literacy, numeracy, school readiness, and building confidence and resilience.

Designed to support you at every stage of your child’s early education journey, these workshops provide helpful insights, simple strategies, and the opportunity to ask questions in a friendly, supportive environment.
