AHSPA – Parents’ Association
The Abbot’s Hill School Parents’ Association (AHSPA) is a registered charity, and is enthusiastically supported by parents, pupils and staff, to provide fun social events for parents, children and families, and to raise funds for a variety of school initiatives.
Social events organised by AHSPA throughout the year strengthen the whole school community; the annual fireworks, Christmas fair, Easter egg hunt and Abbot’s Hillfest are particular calendar highlights.
Each year, AHSPA contributes to initiatives to support and improve the life of pupils at the school.
Recent purchases include:
- Coffee Van
- Gazebo
- Lego for Lego Club
- Kiln
- Outdoor play equipment
AHSPA also supports school productions and events to raise money for drama and art departments, running a sweet shop at productions, or providing raffle prizes for events
Parent Ambassadors
Parents are involved in the life of the school in other ways. Our Parent Ambassadors – a forum of parents, many of whom are working professionals – are actively invited to give their views on School life, plans and initiatives and to support the school at Open Days and events.
