Neurodiversity Week

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that aims to transform how neurodiversity is perceived by providing opportunities to recognise and celebrate the many skills and talents of neurodivergent individuals.

At Abbot’s Hill, we recognise and support the many ways people think, learn, and experience the world. This is an opportunity to celebrate the strengths that diverse minds bring to our school community and beyond.

Neurodiversity is about recognising and respecting the many ways people think, learn, and process information. Rather than focusing on challenges, neurodiversity highlights the value of diverse perspectives and the importance of creating environments where everyone can thrive.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is one way of reminding everyone of the importance of being kind, tolerant and accepting of everyone.
