On Tuesday 11 October, an assembly was held in the Senior School to celebrate the fundraising efforts of Year 7. During the Summer Term, the girls raised money by selling ice pops at lunchtime and by selling necklaces that the girls had handmade in their Art and Design lessons.
A total of £473.10 was raised for the chosen charity, St Albans PHAB. The charity supports disabled children and their families. We welcomed Mrs Jones and Mrs Oakey to the assembly who thanked the girls for the money raised and spoke about some of the activities the club provides.
Well done to the girls for raising the money and supporting such a worthy cause.
