Sixth Form Forum

Thursday 29 September 2016

On Friday 23 September, we welcomed a wide range of schools and colleges from across the UK to our annual Sixth Form Forum.

The Sports Hall was transformed into an exhibition space with each organisation displaying their post-16 options, from A Levels to the International Baccalaureate and vocational courses.

Our Year 10 and 11 girls and their parents attended the evening. They were able to speak to the exhibitors to find out more about the courses that they offer and learn about the schools first hand from current pupils.

Both the girls and their families found the event very helpful in researching their post-16 options.

Some comments from a few of the exhibitors:

“Thank you for your kind invitation to Abbot’s Hill. Your generous hospitality and warm welcome were greatly appreciated and it was a pleasure to meet a nice number of interested families. Thank you for all your hard work!” – G Steele-Bodger, Rugby School

“Thank you very much for invitation to your event. I really enjoyed the evening and meeting your students. They were all very polite and had some good questions prepared.” – V Robeson, St Francis’ College

Thank you to all our exhibitors for making the evening possible.
