Well done to all of the cast and crew for another amazing Senior School Production which took place from 6 – 8 February to full audiences in the Judi Dench Theatre.
Little Shop of Horrors is a comedy horror musical, following a florist shop worker, Seymour. He discovers and raises a new breed of giant plant, Audrey II, which feeds on flesh and blood. Seymour continues to feed the plant with the belief that the fame it has attracted will lead his co-worker Audrey to fall in love with him.
Mrs Sparrow, Joint Head of Drama at Abbot’s Hill, said “It was most certainly time to direct something a little different at Abbot’s Hill, something out of my comfort zone. I was particularly inspired by the Open Air Theatre’s version of this musical and it has been a thrilling six months directing this production. On behalf of the incredibly dedicated actors, crew, musicians, and my amazing production team, we hope you enjoyed the show.”
Congratulations to the fantastic cast, backstage team and staff production team who worked extremely hard to create a fabulous musical.
A huge thank you to everyone who has been involved and supported the production, including Mr Boichat of Origin Studios Photography for the wonderful photographs.
