The term has started with a vengeance for our Sports teams. The 1st XII and U15 Lacrosse teams started their campaign with a flurry of tournaments beginning with the annual Berkhamsted 8-a-side Tournament and their respective Hertfordshire County Tournaments.

Both teams had great successes with the 1st XII gaining Silver Medals in the U19B Tournament and the U15 winning Silver Medals in the U15 Plate Tournament. The tournament leads to trials for the U15 and U19 Hertfordshire County Trials and 6 girls were selected to play for the U15 Hertfordshire County Squads: Jemma Attar, Lily Doyle, Hollie Edwards, Leah Parry and Amelia Roberts. Two current and two former pupils were also selected to represent the U19 Hertfordshire County Squads: current Lacrosse Captain and Vice-Captain, Rebecca Jordache and Sophie Butterworth and former Captains Montana Brown and Sophie Lee. Rebecca Jordache also gained a further trial for the U19 East of England Lacrosse Squads.

The younger years have also established a solid start to the season with successful performances against St Albans High School, St Helen's, Northwood and in the Berkhamsted 8-a-side Tournament, which saw the U12s join the U13 and U14 squads and experience their first competitive Lacrosse matches on one of the hottest October days on record!
