The culmination of the ski season was, as always, the Clan Ski Race. More girls than usual competed in the event this year and it was especially pleasing to see some of the less experienced being brave enough to have a go – and to surprise themselves with what they achieved. For some years now it seems to be the Ski Captain's fate to have a disaster in the Clan Race and sadly for Ellie D this was the case this year. Ellie did, however, produce the fastest time of the day on her second run. Congratulations to overall winner Lauren S – the youngest overall winner for many years.
